Welcome to Robi AI! This guide will help you navigate all essential account-related actions, including creating an account, logging in, recovering your password, and managing your personal settings.
✍️ Sign Up
To start using Robi AI, you need to create an account. Follow these simple steps:
- Visit app.robiai.com/signup.
- Enter your email address and create a strong password.
- Optionally, sign up with Google or Github for faster access.
- Click “Create Account”.
- Verify your email address by clicking on the verification link sent to your inbox.
- Once verified, you’re ready to explore Robi AI’s tools!
✅ Tip: Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your account secure.
🔐 Sign In
Already have an account? Here’s how to log in:
- Go to app.robiai.com/login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click “Log In”.
- You will be redirected to your dashboard to start creating content with Robi AI.
💡 Note: You can also use Google or Github sign-in if you registered using those accounts.
🔑 Forgot Password
Forgot your password? No worries — follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the login page.
- Click on “Forgot Password?” under the login form.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Click “Send Instructions”.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email, and follow the instructions.
- Set a new password and confirm it.
⚠️ Important: If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
⚙️ Account Settings
Accessing Account Settings:
- Log in to your Robi AI account.
- Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner.
- Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Settings Tab Includes:

| Avatar | Upload a profile picture. |
| Name | Your first name. |
| Surname | Your last name. |
| Phone | Add your phone number for account security. |
| Your registered email address. | |
| Address Line 1 | Street address or company name. |
| Postal Code | Your postal/ZIP code. |
| City | Your city. |
| State | Your state/province/region. |
| Country | Your country (e.g., United States). |
📝 Note: Be sure to click “Save Changes” after updating your details.
🔒 Change Password
You can update your password directly from your account settings:
- Old Password: Enter your current password.
- New Password: Enter your new password.
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password for confirmation.
⚠️ Leave the fields empty if you don’t want to change your password.
🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Secure your Robi AI account with 2FA:
- Click on your avatar and go to “2-Factor Auth” tab.
- Follow the steps to set up 2FA:
- Scan QR Code with an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app.
- Click “Enable 2FA”.
✅ Once enabled, you will need your 2FA code every time you log in for added security.
❌ Delete Account
If you wish to permanently delete your account:
- Scroll down to “Delete Account” in Settings.
- Click “Request Account Deletion”.
- Confirm your decision.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible and will remove all your data from Robi AI.
