MagicBots are custom-trained chatbots that can be integrated into external sites and serve as customer support agents, providing users with an automated and personalized experience.
🔄 Manage Your MagicBots
To get started with managing your MagicBots, head to the AI Bots section:
- Back to Dashboard: Return to your dashboard at any time.
- MagicBots: View and manage your active external chatbots.
- Add New Chatbot: Create a new chatbot for your website.
➕ Adding a New Chatbot
To add a new chatbot, follow these steps:
- Click “Add New Chatbot” to create and configure your AI chatbot.
- The chatbot creation process includes 4 main steps:
- Step 1: Configure the chatbot to ensure it delivers accurate information.
- Step 2: Customize the look and feel of your chatbot.
- Step 3: Train the chatbot to personalize its responses.
- Step 4: Embed the chatbot into your website using the generated code.
🔧 Step 1: Configure Your Chatbot
This step allows you to set up the essential functionality of your chatbot.
Configuration Fields:

Chatbot Title | Give your chatbot a title (e.g., MagicBot). |
Bubble Message | The initial message your chatbot will display (e.g., “Hey there, How can I help you?”). |
Welcome Message | The greeting message when users first interact with the chatbot (e.g., “Hi, how can I help you?”). |
Chatbot Instructions | Provide clear instructions on what the chatbot can do (e.g., “Assist with customer support queries”). |
Do Not Go Beyond Instructions | Set this option to prevent the chatbot from providing information outside of the defined instructions. |
Language | Select the chatbot’s language (Auto detects or choose manually). |
AI Model | Choose the AI model |
⚙️ Tip: Make sure your instructions are clear to ensure the chatbot can respond accurately to user inquiries.
🎨 Step 2: Customize Your Chatbot
Customize your chatbot’s appearance to match your brand.
Customization Options:
- Upload Logo: Upload a logo that represents your chatbot (optional).
- Avatar: Select an avatar image for your chatbot to personalize the interaction.
- Color: Choose an accent color that represents your brand’s color palette.
- Show Logo: Option to display or hide your logo.
- Show Date and Time: Enable or disable date and time display in the chat.
- Transparent Trigger: Set the transparency of the chatbot trigger icon.
- Trigger Avatar Size: Adjust the avatar size (e.g., 60px).
- Position: Select whether the chatbot appears on the left or right side of the screen.
🧠 Step 3: Train Your Chatbot
This step is optional but highly recommended to personalize the chatbot experience.
Training Methods:
You can train your chatbot using different content sources:
- Website: Provide URLs to allow the bot to learn from specific pages.
- PDF: Upload documents that the chatbot can use to improve responses.
- Text: Provide text-based training data.
- Q&A: Provide frequently asked questions and answers.
💡 Tip: Training the chatbot will improve its ability to answer questions accurately and engage users more effectively.
🔗 Step 4: Test and Embed
After configuring, customizing, and training your chatbot, it’s time to embed it into your website.
Embed Code:
Once the chatbot is ready, you will get the embed code that you can use to add the chatbot to your site.
Instructions:
- Copy the embed code provided.
- Paste it just before the closing

tag in your HTML file. - Save the changes and refresh your site to ensure the chatbot works properly.
🧑🤝🧑 Managing Active Chatbots
Once you’ve created and configured your chatbots, they will appear under the Active Chatbots section.
You can manage your active bots using the following options:
- Avatar: The bot’s avatar will be displayed.
- Title: The name/title of your chatbot.
- Creation Date: The date when the chatbot was created.
- Status: See if the chatbot is active or passive.
- Actions: Click the three dots to reveal options for Edit, Customize, Train, Test & Embed, Activate (switch between active/passive), and Delete.
