🆘 Support Requests
If you need help with any issue related to Robi AI, you can easily create a support request. This allows us to assist you in resolving any issues quickly.
📝 Creating a New Support Request
To create a new support request:
- Click on “Create New Support Request”.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Support Category: Choose the appropriate category for your request (e.g., General Inquiry).
- Support Priority: Select the priority level (e.g., Low).
- Subject: Provide a brief summary of the issue or question.
- Message: Describe your issue in detail so we can assist you effectively.
- After filling out the form, click “Send” to submit your request. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
📋 Support Ticket Management
Once your support request is submitted, you can manage and track it in the Support Requests section:
- Ticket ID: A unique identifier for your support request.
- Status: The current status of your request (e.g., Open, Closed).
- Category: The category you selected for your request.
- Subject: The brief summary of your request.
- Priority: The priority level you set for your request.
- Created At: The date and time when your request was created.
- Last Updated: The date and time when the support team last updated the ticket.
- Actions: Options to view or manage your ticket.
