📝 Creating a New Support Request

To create a new support request:

  1. Click on “Create New Support Request”.
  2. Fill out the following fields:
  • Support Category: Choose the appropriate category for your request (e.g., General Inquiry).
  • Support Priority: Select the priority level (e.g., Low).
  • Subject: Provide a brief summary of the issue or question.
  • Message: Describe your issue in detail so we can assist you effectively.
  1. After filling out the form, click “Send” to submit your request. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

📋 Support Ticket Management

Once your support request is submitted, you can manage and track it in the Support Requests section:

  • Ticket ID: A unique identifier for your support request.
  • Status: The current status of your request (e.g., Open, Closed).
  • Category: The category you selected for your request.
  • Subject: The brief summary of your request.
  • Priority: The priority level you set for your request.
  • Created At: The date and time when your request was created.
  • Last Updated: The date and time when the support team last updated the ticket.
  • Actions: Options to view or manage your ticket.
